Disadvantages
- Influential - a large corporate such as News corporation could influence reputation.
- As they own so much of our media it has the possibility to put smaller businesses out of work.
- There is little room for start up providers as there is already to much competition.
- The media we read, watch etc could be biased as it is all owned by the same person.
- If the company has a bad reputation then there is the possibility to lose audiences as it has a very large number of service users.
